• Orders are handcrafted and dispatched from our studio in the Kinglake Ranges, Victoria.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout.
• Express shipping available at checkout
• Free shipping on Australian orders over $150
• International shipping available to select locations, contact us for a quote
• Local pickup available from our Kinglake studio at checkout
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to love your Seven + Ember purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
