Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully hand-pack every order and aim to dispatch all purchases as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm (AEST) are typically processed and dispatched the same business day whenever possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
While we always strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We currently ship throughout Australia.
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $15 Australia-wide (includes parcel tracking)
- FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD
Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Local Delivery – Kinglake
Customers located within the Kinglake area can take advantage of our local delivery service.
- FREE Local Delivery: Orders over $100 AUD
- You'll receive a text message on the day of delivery with an estimated arrival time.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping through our online store.
If you're located outside Australia and would like to purchase from Seven + Ember, please contact us for a personalised international shipping quote. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.
If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest option is to:
- Return the original item (where eligible).
- Place a new order for your preferred item.
