Instructions for Use
Bath Soaks Salts:
Add a generous handful (1/4–1/2 cup) to warm bath water. Allow salts to dissolve before entering the bath. Soak for 20–30 minutes to relax muscles and unwind.
Bath Milk:
Add 2–3 tablespoons to warm running bath water. Swirl the water to help dissolve the milk and disperse the ingredients. Soak for 20–30 minutes and rinse lightly after bathing if desired. Bath water may become a little discoloured due to the nature of the Rose Petal Powder, this is normal.
Care & Cautions:
- For external use only
- Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and rinse with water
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Use caution when exiting the bath, as surfaces may become slippery
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, consult your healthcare provider before use—especially with essential oil blends
- Ensure packaging is thoroughly sealed after use or store in an airtight container to avoid condensation
- Store below 24°C

Shipping

For orders received before 12 Noon, we make every effort to process and dispatch all orders on the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This allows you to keep track of your package and estimate its arrival time. Please note that there may be potential delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
For domestic shipping within Australia, we provide a simple flat rate shipping option of $15 for all standard orders nationwide. This includes tracking of your parcel at no extra cost. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $150.
If you are located within the Kinglake area, you have the option of limited local delivery. For local delivery, we offer free delivery for orders over $100 within Kinglake. We will notify you via text message on the day of delivery.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact us, and we can provide you with a quote.
Exchanges
We do not exchange for change of mind. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we can facilitate an exchange if required.
