WAX MELT SAFETY AND CAUTION

Wax Melt Safety Guidelines and Instructions for Use:

Instructions for Use

Place one wax melt in the dish of a clean and dry wax warmer.
To prevent Fire or serious injury, use only in approved wax melt warmers, either electric or tea light-based.
Follow the instructions for your warmer
Allow the wax to melt fully and fill your space with fragrance.
Turn off or extinguish the heat source when finished using.

6. Let wax cool and solidify before removing. Replace when scent fades.

Safety Guidelines:

Remove packaging before use
Do not add water or any other substances to the wax
Use in a well-ventilated area away from drafts
Keep out of reach of children and pets
Never leave a burning tea light or active warmer unattended
Do not let burn dry
Do not burn for more than 4 hours
Do not touch hot wax or warmer during or immediately after use
Ensure warmer is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Not for use on skin or ingestion
Clean warmer dish regularly to avoid wax buildup
Store unused wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shipping

We work diligently to ensure that your order is processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For orders received before 12 Noon, we make every effort to process and dispatch all orders on the same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This allows you to keep track of your package and estimate its arrival time. Please note that there may be potential delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

For domestic shipping within Australia, we provide a simple flat rate shipping option of $15 for all standard orders nationwide. This includes tracking of your parcel at no extra cost. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $150.

If you are located within the Kinglake area, you have the option of limited local delivery. For local delivery, we offer free delivery for orders over $100 within Kinglake. We will notify you via text message on the day of delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact us, and we can provide you with a quote.

Exchanges

We do not exchange for change of mind. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we can facilitate an exchange if required.
