First Burn (Memory Burn Rule)
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar.
This creates an even “wax memory” and helps prevent tunnelling, ensuring your candle burns evenly for its full life.
Wick Care
- Trim wick to 5mm before every burn
- This reduces soot, smoke, and uneven flames
- Helps maintain a clean, stable burn
Burn Time Guidelines
- Burn your candle for 3–4 hours at a time
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours continuously
- This prevents overheating and extends candle life
Safety Precautions
For your safety, always:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep candles away from children and pets
- Extinguish candles before sleeping or leaving a room or building
- Do not move the candle while wax is liquified (jar may be hot)
- Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from flammable materials such as curtains, fabric, or paper
- Avoid placing near open windows or draughts, which can cause flickering and uneven burning
End of Candle Life
- Stop burning when 10mm of wax remains
- Do not relight the candle once it reaches this level
- This prevents overheating the glass container

- Avoid UV exposure to prevent wax discolouration or yellowing
- Store in a cool, dry place for best fragrance quality

Love the lip Balm! Keeps my lips hydrated all day long, especially while working in the elements! It's long lasting and doesn't have that waxy, sticky feeling some lip balms do. Safe from nasty ingredients too which is always a bonus!
I started using the Wonder Balm on my 2yo daughters eczema. She had been progressing from a mild to moderate reaction. I applied the balm to the worst affected areas and within 3 days, the severity had decreased and in some areas completely gone. Very happy with the product.
