La Luna is inspired by treasured memories and the deep emotional connection we feel with those we love most. Created in honour of the fierce, gentle love shared between you and your dearest, this scent is like a warm embrace that lingers long after the flame has gone out.

Care and Caution:
Always follow Candle Care Guidelines.
On the first burn of your candle, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar, this sets the memory and prevents tunnelling.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Always ensure you extinguish your candle before going to bed/sleep, or if you are leaving the room, or the house or office.
Trim your wicks to 5mm before each and every burn. This prevents soot, smoke and an uneven burn.
Burn for 3 - 4 hours at at time. Do not burn for more than 4 hours to avoid over heating and to extend the burn time of your candle.
Do not move candle jar with liquified wax. Candle jar will get hot!
Do not burn on or near anything that is flammable or can catch fire, eg. curtains or fabric.
Place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface, and keep away from draughts or open windows, this can cause a large flickering flame, tunnelling and uneven burning.
Always extinguish the candle and do not re-light when the remaining wax is less than 10mm.
Keep out of direct Sunlight / UV exposure to avoid yellowing or discolouration.

Shipping
When you place an order with us, we understand that you are excited to receive your items. We work diligently to ensure that your order is processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For orders received before 12 Noon, we make every effort to process and dispatch all orders on the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This allows you to keep track of your package and estimate its arrival time. Please note that there may be potential delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
For domestic shipping within Australia, we provide a simple flat rate shipping option of $15 for all standard orders nationwide. This includes tracking of your parcel at no extra cost. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $150.
If you are located within the Kinglake area, you have the option of limited local delivery. For local delivery, we offer free delivery for orders over $100 within Kinglake. We will notify you via text message on the day of delivery.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact us, and we can provide you with a quote.
Exchanges
We do not exchange for change of mind. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we can facilitate an exchange if required.
