At Seven + Ember, we work hard to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This includes ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely manner and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below outlines our shipping policies and procedures, as well as our process for exchanges.
Shipping
When you place an order with us, we understand that you are excited to receive your items. We work diligently to ensure that your order is processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For orders received before 12 Noon, we make every effort to process and dispatch all orders on the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This allows you to keep track of your package and estimate its arrival time. Please note that there may be potential delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
For domestic shipping within Australia, we provide a simple flat rate shipping option of $15 for all standard orders nationwide. This includes tracking of your parcel at no extra cost. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $150.
If you are located within the Kinglake area, you have the option of limited local delivery. For local delivery, we offer free delivery for orders over $100 within Kinglake. We will notify you via text message on the day of delivery.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact us, and we can provide you with a quote.
Exchanges
We do not exchange for change of mind. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, we can facilitate an exchange if required.
